Training held at the State Migration Service

A training on “New administrative law, actual issues related to its implementation in the Republic of Azerbaijan” has been held for the staff of the State Migration Service.

The training aimed to improve professionalism of migration officers and to coordinate the activity directions of the relevant structural units.

At the training Deputy Head of the Administrative and Military Legislation Division of the National Assembly Sayyad Karimov informed the participants about the bases and principles of commencement of administrative proceedings, an administrative act, form and content of an administrative act, legal force of an administrative act and implementation of an administrative act.

Questions on the topic were answered and the views were exchanged on the activity directions.

It should be noted that the training was organized within the framework of the “Legal approximation towards European standards in the South Caucasus” project of the German International Cooperation Society (GIZ).
