Perspectives of cooperation between Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan in the field of migration discussed

The delegation headed by Chief of the State Migration Service, III rank state migration service counselor Vusal Huseynov, is on a visit in the Republic of Kazakhstan to attend the 8th Session of the Assembly of Parties of the International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA), which is held in Nur-Sultan.

Within the framework of the visit Vusal Huseynov met with the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yerlan Turgunbayev. At the meeting, development of relations between two countries, as well as existence of long-term and beneficial business relations was emphasized. Perspectives of cooperation in the field of migration were discussed. An exchange of views was held on expansion the contractual-legal framework, as well as other issues of mutual interest.

The Service Chief also gave information about innovative technologies applied in the field of migration in our country, as well as invited the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Azerbaijan to familiarize with the achievements.
