119 foreigners detained within the measures against illegal migration

As a result of the measures taken by the State Migration Service against illegal migration 119 foreigners were detained during the week. Three of them were detected during the measures jointly conducted with the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

It was determined that 7 of them engaged in activity not relevant to declared purpose of the visit, 32 persons engaged in illegal labor activity, 5 persons did not live at the registered address and the other 75 persons resided illegally in the territory of the country.

Administrative decisions were made on 92 persons who violated the migration legislation. Furthermore, relevant measures are taken for the expulsion of the remaining foreigners from the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
