Opening ceremony of the "International Summer Elsa Law School" held at the State Migration Service

Opening ceremony of the “International Summer Elsa Law School” organized by “European Law Students` Association” (ELSA) has been held in Baku with the participation of 34 foreign students at the administrative building of the State Migration Service (SMS).

Within the framework of “Summer Elsa Law School” lectures and workshops on various topics was held. The aim is to inform foreign students about the law and legislative system of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as to familiarize with the work activities of the relative authorities by organizing visits.

At the event, the students were informed about tendencies of migration processes in the world, migration management in Azerbaijan, activity directions of the State Migration Service, as well as fight against human trafficking in the country.

At the end of the event, questions interested participants were answered.
