Negotiations in the area of readmission held with delegation of the Republic of Bulgaria at the State Migration Service

On 18th – 19th of June, Governments of Azerbaijan and Bulgaria held negotiations on draft Protocol on implementation of the agreement between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the European Union on the readmission of persons residing without authorization.

In the negotiations the Republic of Bulgaria was represented with the delegation headed by Stoyan Ivanov, deputy director of General Directorate of Border Police, while the delegation of the Republic of Azerbaijan was headed by Vahid Gahramanov, chief of Migration Policy and Legal Support Head Department, III rank state migration service counselor. The relevant bilateral discussions were carried out on respective provisions of the draft Protocol on implementation of the agreement between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the European Union on the readmission of persons residing without authorization.

At the end, the meeting protocol was prepared and signed.
