Calls received by the State Migration Service in April 2019

The 919 Call Center of the State Migration Service received 10646 calls in April of the current year. 9659 of those calls were responded in Azerbaijani, 739 in Russian and 248 in English. Applications that were responded in April can be classified as follows:

Permanent residence permits – 693 calls

Temporary residence permits – 3077 calls

Work permits – 618 calls

Citizenship issues – 969 calls

Administrative offences – 305 calls

Registration upon place of stay – 732 calls

Other issues – 4252 calls.
