A group of employees of the State Migration Service involved to the training course at the Human Resources and Training Division of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan
A group of employees of the State Migration Service has been involved to the training course on citizen flow and time management, elimination of the psychological tension and communication skills development at Human Resources and Training Division of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The training aims at establishing modern approach on ensuring satisfaction of applicants in the activity of state servants and taking “state servant-citizen” relations to a qualitatively new level. In the training it was mentioned that improvement of the public services is carried out simultaneously with the modernization of the management in order to raise the welfare and satisfaction of the citizens through the services rendered by state agencies.
The training covered the issues such as significance of establishment of ASAN Service management model in the country for increasing transparency in the activities of state agencies, rendering services to the citizens with more qualified, comfortable and new methods, as well as applying modern innovations, complying with ethic rules and polite behavior and ensuring satisfaction of applicants.
The questions of the listeners were answered and opinion exchange was held at the end of the training.
