919 Call Center of the State Migration Service received 103741 calls in 2018

93224 of those calls were responded in Azerbaijani, 9775 in Russian and 742 in English.

6415 of incoming calls were regarding the permanent residence permits, 19744 calls regarding temporary residence permits, 10843 calls regarding registration upon place of stay, 10670 calls regarding citizenship issues, 4869 calls regarding work permits, 4339 calls regarding administrative offences, 46861 calls regarding other issues.

There were 1704 call requests during the year. Received call requests were called back and questions were answered according to the legislation.
