919 Call Center of the State Migration Service received 8259 calls in January of the current year. 7414 of those calls were responded in Azerbaijani, 762 in Russian and 83 in English.

2023 of incoming calls were regarding the temporary residence permits, 807 calls regarding registration upon place of stay, 571 calls regarding permanent residence permits, 455 calls regarding work permits, 919 calls regarding citizenship issues, 292 calls regarding administrative offences and 3192 calls regarding other issues.
