A group of young employees of the State Migration Service visited the Azerbaijan Military History Museum

In order to ensure active participation of young people in the public and cultural life of the country, develop the patriotism spirit, as well as celebrate February 2 - the National Youth Day in the migration bodies of the Republic of Azerbaijan, a group of young employees of the State Migration Service have visited the Azerbaijan Military History Museum. The employees were familiarized with the exposition consisted of the hardware of various troops in the open air. In the exposition, various military hardware, including different types of tanks, armored personnel carriers, planes and helicopters, submarines and anti – aircraft missile systems, which were used in the Great Patriotic War and the Nagorno – Karabakh War, were demonstrated and detailed information was given about their technical indicators.  

The Heydar Aliyev and the establishment of Azerbaijani Armed Forces halls were also visited in the internal exposition. A lot of rare showpieces and documents which reflect the military history of our country have been collected in the museum. The employees were closely familiarized with the weapons which were used in the wars since the ancient times till the modern period, and their models.

It was highlighted that after the national leader Heydar Aliyev came to the political power in 1993, the number of showpieces of the museum was increased and its stock was enriched.

Visiting the Azerbaijan Military History Museum made a pleasant impression on the employees.
