Calls received by the 919 Call Center of the State Migration Service in November 2018

919 Call Center of the State Migration Service received 7171 calls in November of the current year. 6413 of those calls were responded in Azerbaijani, 678 in Russian and 80 in English. 1970 of incoming calls were regarding the temporary residence permits, 739 calls regarding citizenship issues, 643 calls regarding registration upon place of stay, 495 calls regarding permanent residence permits, 443 calls regarding work permits, 308 calls regarding administrative offences and 2573 calls regarding other issues. There were 104 call requests during the month. Received call requests were called back and questions were answered according to the legislation.
