Seminar held on "Global migration trends and impacts of these trends on migration policy issues"

A seminar for the employees of the service on "Global migration trends and impacts of these trends on migration policy issues" was held in the headquarters of the State Migration Service. The lecture was delivered by renowned scholar in the field of migration, professor of the prestigious Sussex and Maastricht Universities, Ronald Skeldon.

R.Skeldon made a presentation on topical issues such as global migration processes, new migration trends and impacts of these trends on migration policies during the seminar organized within the framework the project "Support to the Implementation of the Mobility Partnership with Azerbaijan (MOBILAZE)", implemented jointly by the International Center for Migration Policy Development.

Afterwards discussions were held on the topic.

The renowned scholar answered numerous questions from the Service staff.
