Results of "ASAN service index" announced

The highest result according to "ASAN Service Index" was achieved by the State Migration Service (68.98%) among the central executive bodies.

An event on the results of the evaluation on “ASAN Service Index” for 2017-2018 was held jointly by the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and ADA University.

As a part of the pilot project, in total 634 services were evaluated, including 353 services provided by 30 central executive authorities, 234 services rendered by 13 local executive authorities operating in Baku and 47 services of 4 legal entities providing public services. The highest result was achieved by the State Migration Service (68.98%) among the central executive bodies.

Speaking at the event the Head of the State Agency's Headquarters, Azad Jafarli said that the main purpose of the evaluation was to collect and categorize data on public services in a single source, to eliminate overlapping in rendering services, to ensure flexibility in management of this area by creating new types of services and to improve capacities on analysis and forecasting of services.

The Vice-rector of the ADA University, Fariz İsmayilzada emphasized in his speech that the cooperation in the evaluation of public services will be further continued.

At the end of the event questions of the participants were answered.
