Training on the application of the Law “On administrative proceedings”

In order to enhance the professionalism of the employees, the practical trainings are organized by the Staff and Staff Training Department and the Training Center for the employees working in the headquarters of the State Migration Service and structures included in its system.

The next training on the application of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On administrative proceedings" was held by the docent of the Constitutional Law Department of the Baku State University Subhan Aliyev. He noted that the mentioned law, which is an integral part of the administrative legal reforms carried out in our country, is the significant tool in the fight against corruption which ensures transparent activity of the administrative bodies consistent with the principles of the legal state.

Exchange of views was held and the raised questions were answered during the training.
