70% of participants satisfied with the activity of State Migration Service according to the results of the survey conducted by authority

According to the results of the online survey posted on the official webpage of State Migration Service (SMS), 70% of the respondents are satisfied with the activity of the authority.

Two questions and four choices were presented the respondents of the survey ("Yes," "Partly," "Not satisfied," and "I have not applied") within 25 days. The answer percentage to the question “Are you satisfied with the activity of State Migration Service?”, 68.1% of 611 participants in the survey answered “Yes”, 11.1% – “Partly”, 8.5% - “Not satisfied”, 11.8% - “I have not applied”, as well as to the question “Are you satisfied with the processing of your applications submitted to State Migration Service?”, 64.7% of 467 respondents answered “Yes”, 13.1% – “Partly”, 9.4% - “Not satisfied”, 12.8% - “I have not applied”.
