139 foreigners participated in the courses organized by the Training Center of the State Migration Service in August

139 persons participated in the courses organized by the Training Center of the State Migration Service for the foreigners and stateless persons during August. 

Within the framework of the course 61 hours program were taught to the audience including 17 hours language classes for those who do not speak Azerbaijani language.

The purpose of the courses is to teach Azerbaijani language, history, culture and the legislation, the rights and obligations of foreigners and stateless persons as defined in the Migration Code to foreigners and stateless persons residing in our country. 

It should be noted that 78% of course participants, who were invited to the interview in August by the Commission for testing knowledge of foreigners and stateless persons, who applied to State Migration Service for obtaining permanent residence permission in the Republic of Azerbaijan, on the rights and duties provided by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as on the state language, scored positive result.

It was mentioned that – 2529 persons participated in the training course for foreigners and stateless persons from the beginning until September 1 of this year.
