74 foreigners brought to administrative responsibility by the State Migration Service

As a result of the measures taken by State Migration Service against illegal migration, in total 74 foreigners consisting 22 Georgian, 13 Pakistani, 12 Russian,  10 Turkish, 6 Bangladeshi, 6 Iraqi citizens, 1 citizen of Turkmenistan, 1 citizen of Egypt, 1 citizen of Iran, 1 citizen of India and 1 citizen of Moldova were detained from July 25 to July 28.

It was determined that 5 of the detained Georgian and 1 of the detained Iranian citizen did not live in the registered adress, 3 of the detained Turkish citizens violated declared purpose of their arrival in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan, another 65 persons were living illegally in the country.

Administrative decisions were taken about 57 of the detained foreigners and measures are being taken in the context of expulsion of remaining foreigners from the territory of the country.

Measures within the framework of fight against illegal migration are being continued by State Migration Service.
