The Chief of State Migration Service met with the representatives of the German-Azerbaijani Chamber of Commerce

The Chief of State Migration Service, Vusal Huseynov met with the representatives of the  German-Azerbaijani Chamber of Commerce in the headquarters of the Service.

V.Huseynov emphasized the implemented measures and perspective plans within the competence of the Service to improve business and investment environment in our country. He gave an information about the development of entrepreneurship, work done to ensure the comfort of foreigners coming to our country. He noted the active participation and support of the the Executive Director of the German-Azerbaijani Chamber of Commerce, Tobias Baumann in the recent initial working discussions on the establishment of a new platform Advisory Council under the State Migration Service.  

Executive director of the German-Azerbaijani Chamber of Commerce, Tobias Baumann highly appreciated the measures taken by the SMS to increase transparency, to fully electronize procedures related with work permits. He shared his views on business development, investment climate and voiced his proposals.

At the meeting the sides exchanged their views on mutual cooperation, migration, involvement of foreign labor force into paid labor activities.

It was recalled that the purpose of such meetings with business community is to feel the pulse of business in the country and to clarify the questions related to migration.
