An awareness raising event on migration service was held in Gobustan

Awareness raising events on “Eradication of statelessness”, “The rules of registration of foreigners and stateless persons upon place of stay” were held in Gobustan district which is included to the service area of Aghsu Regional Migration Department.

Delivering a speech at the event held at Gobustan Executive Authority the deputy head of region executive power spoke about the incoming applications related with the discussed issues. He particularly gave information about the formal solution of application by Georgian citizen residing in Khilmilli village Gambarov Bahruz Savalan regarding birth certificates of his son.

Making a speech at the event the employees of Aghsu Regional Migration Department delivered information about eradication of statelessness, rules of registration of foreigners and stateless persons upon place of stay, citizenship issues and novelties in migration legislation.

At the end of the event application of citizens were heard and questions were responded. At the same time, 3 persons were presented a list of documents for establishment of citizenship and 1 for obtaining temporary residence permit.
