Aliyev Elman Mammad

03.02.1971- was born in Yevlakh city.

1997 - graduated from the Tactical Border Troops Commander faculty of Baku United Supreme Commanders' School with honors.

He began his labor activity in 1988 as a locksmith at the Transport Expedition Junction of Yevlakh region.

1989-1991 - served in the army.

1991-1993 - participated in battles for Karabakh.

1997-2008 - military service at the Border Troops of the Ministry of National Security of the Republic of Azerbaijan, State Border Service.

2008-2010 - worked as the head of Immigration Control Division of State Migration Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

2010-2011 - worked as the Chief of Immigration Control and Deportation Department at the Migration Control Head Department of State Migration Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

02.2011-03.2011 – worked as Deputy Chief of the Migration Control Head Department – Chief of Migration Regulation Department of State Migration Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

He was appointed Deputy Chief of State Migration Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan by the Order No. 1406 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated March 16, 2011.

With Order No. 2102 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated March 16, 2012 he has been awarded the high special rank of the III rank state migration service counselor.

With the relevant order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated March 16, 2023 he has been awarded the high special rank of the II rank state migration service counselor.

He was awarded 20 medals.

He is married and has two children.
